The location couldn’t be better. In one of the principal arteries of Nice. From this studio you can get to Nice-Ville train station in less than 5 minutes walking and to the beach front you wouldn’t need more than 20 minutes walking or 5 by tram. Tram line 2 is also close so you can get to/from the airport in less than 30 minutes. The person who welcome us “Dada” (we also arrived super late in the night) was super friendly and even with the language barrier there was no trouble at all. The owner/manager of the studio “Rachel” was super friendly and helpful with all the demands we asked for.The place is perfect for a couple and has all the amenities that you would need.I totally recommend this place.

Nice kitchenette - there was everything and even more than needed. Easy to get connection to airport and any other places, tram stop in front of the hotel, train station around the corner. Nice 15 minutes walk to Musee de Mark Chagall. And main shopping street straight to the sea coast.

We had an amazing stay at Studios Floreal. The location was perfect, right next to the tram stop that connects you to the whole city ( and the airport). Rachel was incredibly kind and provided us with all the information we needed. Her English was excellent so it was easy to communicate with her. Check-in and out times were flexible and we could leave our luggage when necessary. The apartment was provided with all necessities and even more. It was better then we even expected.

The location was absolutely amazing with a beautiful view of the main street. Close enough walk to the sea and very easy to get around as the train station was so close. Would definitely recommend it again.
